ST. IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center is grateful to Lyla Faye Krantz for her donation of new carpet for the center’s entryway. We are also thankful for the several volunteers and businesses that make the services provided by the center possible. AARP tax assistance is available in the center on Tuesdays, March 17 and 31. Call the center at (406) 745-4462 to set up a tax help appointment.
Menu and events for March are:
• Bingo is played after almost every lunch.
• Lunches begin at noon.
• Quilters quilt in the center on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Lunches can be delivered to qualified seniors.
• Friday, March 13: baked chicken and birthday cake lunch
• Tuesday, March 17: corned beef and cabbage lunch; tax assistance from AARP
• Wednesday, March 18: roast dinner, 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, March 20: soup and sandwiches lunch
• Tuesday, March 24: AARP driving class, 9 a.m.; beef and broccoli rice lunch
• Friday, March 27: turkey and dumplings casserole lunch
• Tuesday, March 31: sloppy Joes lunch; tax assistance from AARP
