POLSON — The Polson Afterschool Program is currently seeking volunteers with experience in the following areas: foreign languages, dance, yoga, gymnastics, music, peer counseling, cooking, physical activities, photography and computer skills.
Volunteers will be asked to lead an hour-long activity one day a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Volunteers will work with students grades K-8.
More than 50 percent of school age children are unsupervised during after school hours. The After School Program provides a safe and educational environment for all school-aged children. To volunteer or for more information, contact Mandie Steele at (406) 249-2572.
