Here’s just a friendly reminder that bingo is back on. The doors open every Friday night at 6:15 p.m. and bingo starts at 7 p.m. We hope to see all your smiling faces there.
Wanda is out of the hospital and doing fine after her knee replacement. She will be out until the first part of June and I will keep you updated on her progress as time goes by.
The last week of senior bowling saw Cris Alter coming back off the disabled list and capturing the women’s high game with a 236, and Cindy Lawin rolling a 220. Larry Alter almost took the men’s high game with his 245, being outdone by Bob Elsberry’s 246, but Larry’s 687 series was the highest with Keith Ross rolling a respectable 668. Cris Alter had the high women’s series with 608. Never count Diana Sawyer out of the running; her 713 score was high for the women’s handicap series. Keith Ross had a 713 for the men’s handicap series with Don Young nipping at his heels with his 700.

• Tuesday, April 21: meat loaf, baked potato
• Wednesday, April 22: hamburger steak, noodles
