POLSON – I’m happy to report that the fellow who fell onto the upholstery machine is now fully recovered.
The teacher at the Lutheran Church pre-school across the street had her students write a biography as if they were 100 years old that included computer-aged pictures of each student. They are on display on the walls around our dining room. Check them out, very interesting.
The veterans’ representative will be here on April 28 from 10-noon.
The hearing aid representative will be here on the same day, April 28, from 9-11 a.m.
Bingo is back every Friday with the doors opening at 6:15 p.m. with the first game starting at 7 p.m.
Our lunch menu will be:
• Thursday, April 23: Polish dogs
• Friday, April 24: roast turkey, whipped potatoes
• Monday, April 27: corn chowder, tuna salad sandwich
• Tuesday, April 28: sausage gravy, biscuits
• Wednesday, April 29: barbecue ribs, potato wedges
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
When she saw her first strands of grey hair she thought she’d dye.
