The St, Ignatius Senior Citizens Center will hold a pre-Mother’s Day bake sale on Friday, May 8, at the center from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. All kinds of bake goodies will be available. Donated bake goods are welcome.
The center menu and events are as follows: Bingo is played after almost every lunch. Lunches begin at 12-noon. Quilters quilt in the center on Mondays and Thursdays. Lunches can be delivered to qualified seniors.
• Friday, May 1: corn dogs and French fries lunch
• Tuesday, May 5: soup and sandwiches lunch
• Wednesday, May 6: bacon wrapped tenderloin dinner, 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 8: bake sale; shepherds pie lunch
• Monday, May 11: pinochle, 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 12: board meeting 10 a.m.; lunch
