ST. IGNATIUS — Baked goodies and other treats will be available at the “Pre-Mothers Day Bake Sale” this Friday, May 8, in the St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center on North Main. The sale will run from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The center menu and events for May are as follows:
• Bingo is played after almost every lunch.
• Lunches begin at noon.
• Quilters quilt in the center on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Lunches can be delivered to qualified seniors.
• Wednesday, May 6: bacon wrapped pork tenderloin dinner, 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 8: bake sale; shepherd’s pie lunch
• Monday, May 11: pinochle, 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 12: board meeting 10 a.m.; chicken casserole lunch
• Friday, May 15: spaghetti lunch
• Tuesday, May 19: salmon loaf lunch
• Wednesday, May 20: roast dinner, 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 22: baked chicken and birthday cake lunch
• Tuesday, May 26: sauerkraut casserole lunch
• Friday, May 29: Tex-Mex cowboy skillet lunch
