Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases from Dec. 19-Jan. 8:

Deborah Ann Nelson, 55, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense and to operating with expired registration - failure to reregister. She was found guilty of both offenses and for operating with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater, she was fined $300 and charged $85 in court costs. For operating an expired registration, she was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Macy Katherine Jore, 28, pleaded not guilty to theft - first offense. She received a deferred sentenced and was ordered to pay restitution of $234.38.

Christopher Brandon Judge, 19, forfeited his bond of $85 for speeding, going 45 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Breeanna Marie Byker, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was found guilty and fined $85.

Lyle B. Mcintyre, 23, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Joseph Gordon Peterson, 64, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a school bus - load or unload children. He was found guilty and was fined $85.

Juan Callejas, 24, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense, failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense, driving without a valid driver’s license - expired less than 180 days, and speeding, going 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

He was found guilty of all four offenses. For DUI, he was fined $400, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to one day in jail. For failure to carry proof of insurance, he was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. For driving without a valid license, he was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs, and for speeding, he was fined $50.

Becky Mill Ingle, 37, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, going 53 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Cyle Ramsey Madgwick, 27, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $60, and charged $85 in court costs.

Kacey Joel Anderson, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He was found guilty of both offenses. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $150 and charged $235 in court costs. For criminal possession, he was fined $200, charged $185 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.

Janette V. Usher, 38, pleaded guilty to leash requirement - cat or dog in city limits. She was fined $25.

Justin Samuel Mitchell, 20, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault - first offense. He was fined $400, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to one day in jail.

Howard Lloyd Stai, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 47 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Gerald Alan Meerkatz, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 51 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Michael David Hunter, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, he was found guilty, fined $60 and charged $85 in court costs.

William Thomas Suttenfield, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. She was fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.

Chris Eugene Nylund, pleaded no contest to careless driving. He received a deferred sentence, was fined $64.
