'Mother of Normandy' film to be shown at Senior Center

ST. IGNATIUS — The story of a woman’s undying devotion to remembering those who lost their lives liberating Europe in World War II will be shown in the St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center on Wednesday, June 17. The video “The Mother of Normandy” will be shown on the center’s big screen following the Wednesday evening meal. Everyone is invited to the meal and the showing.
The center is requesting bids to remove an old storage shed behind the center and construct or move in a 10-foot by 12-foot storage shed. Bids may be dropped by the center or sent to Mack McConnell, Box 811 St. Ignatius MT 59865, or call 406-745-4151.
Bingo is played after almost every lunch. Lunches begin at 12 noon. Quilters quilt in the center on Mondays and Thursdays. Lunches can be delivered to qualified seniors.
