PABLO – Barbara Ann “Barb” Kintz, age 55, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2105, at her residence in Pablo. She was born on April 7, 1960, in Polson, the daughter of William and Melva (Joy) Combs.
She attended schools in Polson and graduated from Polson High School. She worked for many years at the KwaTaqNuk Motel in Polson as a waitress and later as a secretary.
In 2010, she was diagnosed with multiple systems atrophy; shortly after that she retired. She was a member of The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes.
Barbara’s parents preceded her in death.
Her husband Bob; her two daughters, Sarena and Trista and her son, Chase; four grandchildren; her brother Edie Combs and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins survive her.
Memorial services have been held. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Flathead Lake Senior Citizens Center, 701 First Street E, Polson, MT 59860.
Arrangements are under the direction of The Lake Funeral Home and Crematory.
