Musicians earn honors as valley-wide concert planned

RONAN — Ronan High School musicians Ryan Dresen, Jenaya Burns and Austin Benson have proven they’re above and beyond with their talent and will be playing at the Mission Valley Concert Band and Percussion Festival 7 p.m. on Nov. 10 at the Ronan Performing Arts Center. The free concert is open to the public and showcases more than 120 students from Ronan, Charlo, St. Ignatius, St. Regis, Thompson Falls, Noxon, Plains and Arlee.
All three musicians have been selected for the University of Montana All-Star band.
Dresen has also been chosen for All-State Orchestra.
