RONAN — Julianna Frank of Browning and Irving Brown of Ethete, Wyo. are proud to announce the arrival of their first child, Mylea Elaine Tesha-Rose Brown, who was born June 15, 2012, at St. Luke Community Hospital. Mylea weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces.
