News from Whitefish Credit Union

POLSON — Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union, would like to welcome three new employees to their Polson location.

The Credit Union recently hired Carol Burt, Caitlin Kurzenbaum, and Cameron Rodriguez as branch tellers. These additions will help the office meet member demand now and in the future, according to Polson Branch Manager Corinna Parmelee.

“These three are a great new addition to our team,” Parmelee said. “They’re always full of smiles, they’re cheerful, and willing to help our members with anything they need. We’re glad to have them onboard here at Whitefish Credit Union.”

Their teller duties include greeting members, accepting deposits and loan payments, providing withdrawals, and educating members on the Credit Union products and services available to them.

Burt joins the Credit Union with a background in accounting for business. She grew up in Billings and now lives in Ronan with her husband, Tom. In her free time, Burt enjoys boating on Flathead Lake.

Kurzenbaum comes to the Credit Union from a local print shop where she worked as a manager. She said her favorite part of the job so far has been interacting with members of the community each day and the warm reception she received from everyone at Whitefish Credit Union. She currently lives in Polson with her husband and two children.

Rodriguez previously worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Montana and with the National Guard where he continues to serve with a supply unit in Kalispell. He moved to Polson from Texas three years ago with his wife, Jenna. After hours, Rodriguez enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his family.

Whitefish Credit Union is a respected leader in the financial services industry. State chartered in 1934, it has gone on to become the largest credit union in Montana with nearly $1.4 billion in assets. Today, the Whitefish Credit Union manages six branches throughout the state, which serve the financial cooperative’s more than 58,000 members.
