RONAN — Margaret M. “Margie” Seymour, 88, passed away April 22 at St. Luke’s Extended Care.
Born in Butte on Feb. 23, 1928, to John and Jessie Carroll, she was raised and educated in Butte.
A dedicated mother and wife, she enjoyed music, horses, her children and grandchildren and when time permitted sewing and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Seymour (1982), and sister Rita Carroll (2000). Survivors include children Tom Seymour, Jessie Hardy, John Seymour, Ruth (Rocky) Santorno, and Glenn (Robin) Seymour; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A visitation was held at Foster Funeral Home in St. Ignatius on Saturday, April 30, with Mass being celebrated at the St. Ignatius Catholic Mission. Interment followed in the St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Ignatius Catholic Mission.
