The Lady Vikings split matches with conference teams at home the past week, taking Victor in five sets Thursday but succumbing to Seeley- Swan Saturday in three.

Sakoya Gaustad scored a whopping dozen kills against Victor while Kaitlin Cox hit 15 aces. Cheyenne Nagy led the Lady Vikings with five aces and five kills against Seeley- Swan and Brooklyn Foust had four blocks.

Charlo hosts two teams this week, St. Regis on Thursday and Plains on Saturday.

Mission

The Lady Bulldogs shut down Loyola in three sets Thursday. Arianna Rossi slammed six of the team’s nine aces and had two blocks. The team tallied 36 kills as Addison Arlint led with 11. Nalani Linsebigler contributed 11 of the 39 team digs, and Sophia Tolbert set the ball to earn 14 of 24 team assists.

Mission hosted Arlee Tuesday and will host Anaconda next Tuesday.

Polson

The Lady Pirates battled Butte Central on Saturday but came up short, winning just one of four sets at home.

Haley Fyant led with 16 kills, Lauren Lefthand had the team’s lone ace and Kyler Lundeen led in digs with 16. Kaeyln Smith tallied 20 assists and two blocks.

Ronan

The Ronan Maiden volleyball team fell to the Lady Copperheads on Sept. 27 in four sets and to the Florence-Carlton Lady Falcons Sept. 29 in three sets. Both matches were lost on the road.

Against the Lady Copperheads, Alicia Camel led the team with 8 kills while teammate Shaina Snyder contributed 3 aces and 15 assists. Maiden Lee Camel added five blocks and 26 digs.

Lee Camel led with 5 kills against Florence.

The Maidens played Anaconda again in a home-hosted game Oct. 4 and will travel to Deer Lodge on Thursday, Oct. 6.
