POLSON — Downtown Polson has colorful handmade quilts peeking from the windows of many businesses. All in Stitches is sponsoring its annual quilt show, “a chance for our customers to show off their work,” according to Diane Byers, one of the talented quilters who works at All in Stitches.
The 2011 Quilt Show celebrates the 11th anniversary of the beginning of All in Stitches and the 10th year of the quilt show according to Kathy Klinge, store manager. “It (the quilt show) brightens up downtown.”
The quilt show is held every January, and this year people can walk around the downtown area and vote for top three favorite quilts. The quilts will be up until Jan. 29, and ballots are due back at All in Stitches by Wed. Jan. 26. Ribbons will be awarded on Jan. 27.
