Update on my knee injury: I’m still wearing a brace - most of the time. Sometimes I wander away without my cane and wonder where I left it. I’m doing therapy three times a week. The electric stimulant can be intense. It’s kind of like hitting yourself in the head with a hammer; it feels so good when you stop.
The lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, April 27: Polish dogs, mac & cheese
— Friday, 28: roast beef birthday lunch, whipped potatoes
— Monday, May 1: spaghetti, garlic bread
— Tuesday, May 2: meat loaf, whipped potatoes
— Wednesday, May 3: hashbrown bake, link sausage
All meals include vegetables and a dessert
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
