Man shot and killed in Pablo on Saturday

PABLO – A 34-year-old Pablo man was shot and killed by a 28-year-old Pablo man early Saturday morning, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
A 911 call came in at 4:23 a.m. on Sept. 16 and deputies responded to a residence south of Pablo on U.S. Highway 93. Deputies determined that Johnny McKeever was shot and killed by Ryan Black outside Black’s residence, according to a press release.
Black was arrested and is being held on a charge of deliberate homicide. Investigation by LCSO continues. McKeever’s remains are currently at the Montana State Crime Lab awaiting autopsy.
