Recovery support available
RONAN —Recovery support is available for those struggling with addiction at The Never Alone Recovery Hall, at 309 B Main Street, every day of the week. The Never Alone Recovery Hall is a peer support drop-in center. We are simply recovering people offering our experience, strength, and hope to our community members who are struggling with addiction issues. All groups and services are free. Please feel welcome to drop in and check us out.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays a noon meditation group is held and from 1-5 p.m. individual peer support is available.
On Mondays a women’s support group takes place from 6-8 p.m.
On Tuesdays there are recovery stories and videos heard from 6-8 p.m.
On Wednesdays Narcotics Anonymous meets from 6-8 p.m.
On Thursdays an early recovery skills groups meets from 6-8 p.m.
On Fridays from 8-9 p.m. The Red Road to Recovery group meets.
On Saturdays a co-dependent support group meets at 5 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. special events take place (events change).
Family movie night happens from 6-8 p.m. on Sundays.
Volunteers sought for County boards
Lake County currently seeks volunteers to serve on the following boards: Lake County Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Planning & Zoning Commission and City County Planning Board. Appointments begin on Jan. 1, 2019.

Chamber to hold slogan contest
RONAN —The Ronan Chamber of Commerce is holding a Chamber Slogan Contest. Send your best thoughts to: INFO@RonanChamber.com. The prize is bragging rights for coming up with the slogan. Entries will be voted on this winter.
