ANACONDA — The Ronan Maidens saw th
“Overall, I think the girls did a great job and had a good year,” coach Tom Peterson said. “I’m proud of the girls for their hard work.”
Payge Delaurenti went 3 for 4 and McKenzie Dulmes had two hits against Conrad.
The Maidens end the year with an 18-10 record, a big improvement over last year, Peterson noted. He’ll lose three seniors, Bethany Colman, Lindsay Clairmont and Delaurenti, to graduation, and they’ll certainly be missed.
“They’re gonna leave some big shoes to fill,” he said.
But with several team members planning to play summer ball, the extra practice should add strength to next year’s roster, Peterson added.
