Arlene Learn
RONAN — Arlene “Billy” Learn, age 69, of Ronan, passed away on Nov. 6, 2019, at St. Joseph Hospital in Polson. Arlene Phillips was born on Jan. 16, 1950, in Missoula, to Bill and Mavis Phillips.
She enjoyed riding horses and working on the family’s ranch while growing up. On Aug. 31, 1969, she married her husband of 50 years Wayne “Buzz” Learn at their family ranch house in Perma. They raised three children: Waynet, Wayne and Levi.
Arlene loved spending time with her family and was always eager to lend a helping hand.
Another one of Arlene’s passions was serving her God, Jehovah. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1966 and was a joyful servant of Jehovah. She found great comfort and joy in the scriptures.
Arlene is survived by her husband, Buzz Learn; her children, Waynet (Jason) Bowers, Wayne (Tiffany) Learn and Levi (Zodee) Learn; her grandchildren, Shelby, CJ, Justine (Manny), Miranda (Royce), Whitnee (Chancey) and her great-grandchildren, Emma, Leticia and Natilee; her siblings, Doug Phillips and Betty Adams; and many loved nieces and nephews and extended family.
Arlene’s family looks forward to when they will see her bright smile again soon.
