POLSON — Despite having a flu shot in October, I got the flu. If you have symptoms, get to your doctor without delay so that you can get the flu medication. As soon as I took it, I felt better.
Tai chi is every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Exercise is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Pinochle is every Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Mahjong begins every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.
Pinochle tournament at Missoula Senior Center on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. Entry fee is $15 and 50 cents each time you go set. Call LuAnn Sharkie at 207-2676 to register.
Bingo begins every Friday at 7 p.m.
Hearing clinic on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 9-11 a.m.
Lunch for the week:
— Wednesday, Feb. 19: barbecue ribs, baked potato, corn, sweet potato salad, key lime bars
— Thursday, Feb. 20: pizza (pepperoni or ham and pineapple), carrot and lime jello, mandarin oranges
— Friday, Feb. 21: soft shell taco, refried beans, southwest salad, no bake cookie
— Monday, Feb. 24: creamy tomato soup, cheesy bread, 5-bean salad, oatmeal-raisin cookies
— Tuesday, Feb. 25: sweet and sour meatballs, rice, stir fry veggies, creamy coleslaw, tapioca
— Wednesday, Feb 26: chicken bacon ranch dinner, mixed veggies, tomato aspic salad, fruit crisp
Lunch is served with a salad, entrée, dessert and your choice of water, coffee, tea, or juice Monday — Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cost to seniors and the public is $5.
