Polson clean-up event canceled, community members ecouraged to carry on tradition individually

POLSON – The Envision Polson! Beautification Committee is canceling the 2020 Polson Community Clean-Up event due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The beautification committee encourages community members to continue the annual spring tradition by picking up trash around Polson on their own this year. We all want to take pride in living in Polson by helping it look its best.
Glacier Bank is continuing to sponsor Shred Day on Friday, May 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the 50510 U.S. Highway 93 main branch. They will accept two boxes of materials per person to be shredded.
On Saturday, June 27, the Transfer Station is holding an Electronic Waste Day. They will accept TVs and computer monitors (flat screen only), cell phones, copiers, printers, cords and other electronic waste. The hours are from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
