PABLO — A joint investigation into the murder of William Patrick Conko Camel, who was shot and killed in Sanders County near Dixon two years ago, has developed new leads.
Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Law Enforcement is questioning two people of interest who are currently in custody on other charges. Camel died in 2018. Sanders County announced a joint investigation with CSKT earlier this month.
