Donna Mae Freeman (Carey, McVey)
Donna Mae Freeman was born January 25, 1934 and on October 2, 2011 this special lady was taken to join the angels in heaven. She was a gentle and loving soul. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and best friend. She leaves behind her husband of 29 years, Jim Freeman, children Denies McVey and Doug McVey (Allen Yelton), granddaughter Kourtney Wild, grandsons Shane Wild and Cooper Yelton-McVey, great-grandchildren Dylan Ketchersid, Dorian, Andrea and Kyra Wild, brother and sister-in-law Delmar and Fran Carey, sister-in-law, Carolyn Carey, and sisters Darlene Haats (Ed Haats) and Deana Winebarger (Dave Winebarger).
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Leona Carey, brothers Doyle, Dennis, Duane and Dale Carey, her sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Victor (Gene) LaPorte, and her grandson Zachery Najera. She will be greatly missed; her smile, friendship, and never-ending love. In her memory donations may be made to Camptonville Volunteer Fire Dept., Camptonville, Calif., or to Muscular Dystrophy (IBM Research).
