News from the Polson Police Department

POLSON — The Polson Police Department works daily to inspire confidence in all to make Polson a safe and pleasant place to live, work, learn and play.

“To optimize our concept for success, we partner with members and guests of our community,” said Polson Police Department Sergeant George Simpson. “That is why it is with great pleasure that we announce a generous donation from the Polson Shooters Association.”

The Polson Shooters Association graciously donated $900. “This donation will be used to advance our officer’s training in less lethal response and will improve upon our agency’s ability to resolve critical incidents involving threats to public safety,” he said.

The Polson Shooters Association has been a strong supporter of local law enforcement and frequently opens their doors to provide officers access to their facility for training.
