ST. IGNATIUS — As we start the month of August, I hope we are all finding ways to stay cool and calm. We are looking forward to our fall yard sale, although we have not determined a date as of yet. If you have some treasures to donate from summer reorganizing, please save them until our yard sale date. We will let you know the exact date after the next board meeting on Aug. 10. We do so appreciate your past generosity.
Our Wednesday night dinners have been well attended since reopening, and we would like to remind you that all are welcome to our Tuesday and Friday lunches, also. We serve at noon and play bingo afterward if there are enough folks who want to participate.
Menu for the week:
— Wednesday, Aug. 4: dinner - baked pork chops, rice, rolls, corn, fruit, dessert
— Friday, Aug. 6: open face turkey sandwich, salad, fruit, dessert
— Tuesday, Aug. 10: beef stroganoff, egg noodles, veggies, fruit, dessert
