Local author publishes first book, ‘The Seat’
Tyler Irwin graduated from Polson High School about 20 years ago. He has written his first novel, entitled, “The Seat.”
“The Seat” pulls from Tyler’s own experiences as a former race car driver to tell an exciting story of hope and redemption rooted in the competitive world of open-wheel motorsports. But, above all, he wrote “The Seat” to be an inspiration for anyone looking for hope or encouragement.
In Irwin’s book, race car driver Remington Mason seems to have it all … a beautiful fiancé, a coveted ride in the IndyCar Series, and a shot at winning the greatest race in the world, the Indianapolis 500. But when tragedy strikes, Remington faces a battle greater than any he ever had on the track. In the midst of a desperate fight for life and love, Remington learns that the greatest contributions sometimes come in the most unexpected ways.
Tyler has a website: www.tylerirwinauthor.com, where you can learn more about his life since graduation and leave him a message.
