Organized activities offered by the Senior Center in Polson are open to everyone.

A low fee ($0.50) is charged for exercise class for each day you attend. The class uses a video presentation and instructor for the gentle exercises. All exercises may be done while seated. 

If an organized group wishes to use the center for an ongoing group activity, call us at 406-883-4735 to schedule a day and time. All activities are monitored by the center.

The Polson Senior Center is open from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. with evening and weekend events by appointment only. 

Activities at the center for the week are:

—  Mondays: exercise class 10:30-11:30 a.m.

—  Wednesdays: mahjong at 12:30 p.m.

—  Thursdays: pinochle at 12:30 p.m.

—  Fridays: bingo at 7 p.m.

Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Eat in or take out for only $5.

A monthly menu and activity calendar is available at the center.

Here is the menu for the next several days:

 —  Wednesday, Oct. 27: chef salad, roll, crackers, dressing, pineapple cake

 —  Thursday, Oct. 28: meatloaf, baked potato, carrots, Jell-O fruit salad, butterscotch pudding

 —  Friday, Oct. 29: scaredy cat/ monster chicken, goblin dressing, blood red beets, croaky frog eyed salad, Jack-o-Lantern cake

 —  Monday, Nov. 1: split pea soup, roll, marinated vegetable salad, coffee cake

 —  Tuesday, Nov. 2: lasagna, garlic bread, mixed vegetables, green salad, fruit mix

 —  Wednesday, Nov. 3: beef tip, gravy, whipped potatoes, Jell-O veggie salad, chocolate cake

 —  Thursday, Nov. 4: ham loaf, sweet potato, stir fry veggies, zesty mac salad, peaches
