ST.IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center will be closed Nov. 21 through Nov. 26, except for those persons picking up commodities on Nov. 21.

In December, Stuart’s Cenex in St. Ignatius will feature full gas up and car wash services for seniors on certain days. On the first and third Tuesdays of the month, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., people will get their gas pumped, oil checked, and if they wish, payments accepted right at the pump. Also, an attendant will be on hand to operate the car wash for them if they wish.

Assistance in reviewing and changing Medicare related plans will be available in the St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center on Tuesday, Nov. 27. The consultations will be available by appointment only beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Area VI Agency on Aging is providing the service. To sign up for an appointment, stop by or call the senior center.

The center is also planning to participate in the Community Christmas Bazaar in the St. Ignatius Community Center on Dec. 8. Raffle tickets for the special quilt, which will be raffled off the following week, will be available.
