Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases Oct. 1-15:

Jessica Dean Vollmert, 25, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Rick Riebe, 49, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was also fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.

George Bennett Evans, 42, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

Breeanna Marie Byker, 20, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, owner or operator, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Desiree R. Blest-Weed, 31, pleaded guilty to failing to stop at property damage accident scene. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Heather Dawn Villarreal, 34, forfeited a $250 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Timothy Elvester, 48, pleaded no contest to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $150 plus $160 in court costs. Elvester also pleaded no contest for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $285 plus $100 in court costs.

Lonnie William Muth, 41, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Muth also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail. He was also fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.
