POLSON — The Toe Nail Clinic for August will be held on the 7th, which is the first Wednesday of the month. This will be for August only and we will go back to the second Wednesday of the month in September.
Just a friendly, reminder that Clara’s fish fry is during lunch on Friday July 19. Be sure not to miss this great lunch and many thanks to Clara and Lenny for the fish.
We thank all of you who donate your aluminum cans to the center. The money goes to our transportation department.
During the birthday lunch on Aug. 23, the annual meeting for purpose of electing officers for the year 2013-2014 will take place. Be sure to attend so you can have a say in the election for the upcoming year. Watch for our membership drive and banana split day. I will keep you posted on the day and time.
We thank Jim and Deanne Corbett for the absolutely gorgeous roses they bring us weekly through the summer months. They actually smell like a rose should smell and are pretty to boot. You spoil us girls at the center.
Bingo is going very well even with all the busyness of the summer. We took a little break over July 4 but we are back. We hope that you are having a good time.

Bridge scores for July 2 had Max Neeley first and Bennye Kingsley second and on July 9 Win Baer was first and Euva Johns took second. Pinochle scores for July 11 had Paul Doolittle first and Rod Grimm second.
