RONAN — The weather has cooled down and the rain is great. Maybe the fire danger will go down.
Our Thursday night meal is this week, at 5 p.m. We will serve a great chicken dinner for only $5 per person. Come and enjoy the meal with us.
Cards are played here at 7 p.m., on Monday, Aug.19. This is a great bunch of people who get together every week to play pinochle and they would be happy for you to join them.
The foot clinic will be here on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The clinic starts at 10 a.m. and you don’t need an appointment, but please give us a call at (406) 676-2371 and we will get you on our list so we know about how many to expect.
We haven’t played bingo lately, but now that the weather is a little cooler I hope they will start up again. Bingo is played after lunch on Fridays.
Our birthday dinner will be on Friday, Aug. 30.
Bernadine has been in the hospital and we are hoping that she is up and about again soon.
Our menu for the next two weeks is:
• Wednesday, Aug. 7:
hamburgers
• Thursday, Aug. 8: chicken
dinner at 5 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 9: meatballs in
gravy
• Monday, Aug. 12:
shepherd’s pie
• Wednesday, Aug. 14: salad
bar
• Friday, Aug. 16: pizza tot
casserole
We serve at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and our meals are just $4 if you are 60 or older, and only $5 if you are younger. Everyone is welcome to join us.
