Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Aug. 30-Sept. 5:
Sahriha Marie Camacho, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Andy R. Luedtke, 32, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation device.
Jeremy Scott Fry, 20, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing.
Thomas Alan Dobberstein, 68, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Cory L. Evans-Cartwright, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding; and operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was sentenced to five days in jail with three suspended and fined a total of $480 plus $70 in court costs.
Robert Todd Bowden, 41, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
The following people forfeited $20 bonds for a seatbelt violations: Jessie Gayle Harris, 64; Leonard W. Hinton, 66; Janice Cotten Couture, 68; Jerry Edward Dickson, 29; Stephen Joseph Spencer, 64; Robert S. Madsen, 45, (2).
The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Tyler Jeffery Ross, 24, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Nicholas Maldonado, 19, $20; Solomon Wesley Ray, 19, $20; Wendy S. Dickman, 33, $40; Kurtis Mansfield, 22, $40; Brent Leslie Hall, 72, $20; Kyle F. Smith, 27, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Carolyn Marie Sood, 56, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Gabriel Mark Abernathy, 39, $20; Julia Kathleen Burgi, 19, $20; Jason Richard Cronk, 45, $20; Darlene Beck Watkins, 70, $20; Timothy Still McCoy, 47, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Shannon Marie Chaix, 32, $70 plus $35 in court costs; Isabelle Arden Gray, 18, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Molly Leann Halcro, 28, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Tammy Lynn Hovland, 43, $20 plus $35 in court costs.
