Judge A. Doug Olson heard the following cases from Aug. 28 - Sept. 10:
Anthony Diaz, 24, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Diaz was found guilty and sentenced to two days in jail and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs.
Shaele Lytle Gillin, 37, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. Gillin was found guilty. She was sentenced to 14 days in jail with seven suspended, fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Tim Skinner, 29, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. Skinner was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Dawn N. Hata, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and criminal trespass to property. Her case was transferred to Tribal Court.
Leonard Henry Evans, 66, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty, fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
David M. Plant, 18, was charged with possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18). His case was transferred to Tribal Court.
Eric Caro, 24, pleaded no contest to partner or family assault, first offense. Caro was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
