The following cases were handled by Judge A. Doug Olson from July 10 - Aug. 21:
Faith L. Ask, 33, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $150 and charged $135 in court costs.
Paula Joy Tempero, 37, was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail, with all time suspended for false reports to law enforcement authorities. The 10 day jail sentence will remain suspended providing no like charges within six months time.
Sabrina Alexander Ovitt, 51, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty and fined $50, charged $85 for court costs and ordered to pay $307.01 in restitution.
Harry C. Fritsch III, 60, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $600, charged $85 for court costs and sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for five days.
Anthony Bruce Enyart, 20, forfeited $50 bond for speeding, going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Gina Lynn Couture, 41, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $100, charged $35 for court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all time suspended.
Jay Joseph Jones, 21, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, fined $50, charged $85 for court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all time suspended.
Virgil Dwight Hess, 56, forfeited $50 bond and charged $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Christopher Robin Stikes, 30, pleaded no contest to failure to carry proof or exhibit proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense, and to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $300 and charged $70 for court costs.
Kayla Lyn Fowler, 21, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - first offense, and pleaded guilty to failure to yield to vehicle on right. She was fined $300 and charged $70 for court costs.
Harry Henry Miller, 88, was found guilty of failure to give notice of accident by quickest means for apparent damage over $500. He was fined $25 and charged $35 for court costs.
Louis Neal Elmore, 78, pleaded guilty to right-of-way violation, failure to yield to pedestrian. He was fined $50 and charged $35 for court costs.
Jeffrey B. Compton, 40, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $60 and charged $185 for court costs.
Harold Raymond Diesen, 64, forfeited $50 bond and was charged $35 in court fees, for speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Kathy Leach Korf, 57, pleaded no contest to interfering with traffic while backing. She was fined $50 and charged $35 for court costs.
Joshua W. Williams, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do is suspended or revoked and to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. He was fined $650, charged $70 in court fees and sentenced to eight days house arrest.
Joseph R. Pena, Jr., 71, pleaded guilty to following too closely. He was fined $50 and charged $35 for court costs.
Mathina J. Kinyon, 20, pleaded no contest to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana - first offense, and to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $350, charged $345 for court costs and sentenced to one day in jail, suspended.
Eric Caro, 24, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. He was fined $60 and charged $85 for court costs.
Twila Ober Walker, 79, pleaded guilty to right of way violation, failure to yield when entering highway from private road or driveway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 for court costs.
