RONAN — The holidays are a time when the ones we love are greatly missed, whether they have passed on or are miles away. To remember those who cannot be with us during the holidays, the Ronan High School Student Council is sponsoring a “Remembrance Lantern” program. Ronan High School student council members are selling Remembrance Lanterns for $5. The lanterns will be released to commemorate those loved ones Wednesday, Dec.18 at 6 p.m. in the Ronan High School parking lot. All are invited to attend the releasing of the lanterns. This will be a memorable experience and a beautiful sight as the lanterns will light up the sky. To include your loved one, please talk to a Student Council member or contact advisors Bonnie Eva at (406) 676-3390 ext. 7543, or Cory Johnston at ext. 7561.
