ARLEE — Arlee Senior Center would like to thank all the Arlee Center members and members of the community for supporting the Quilt Auction and the Silent Auction fundraising events held this past December.  We are happy to announce the winner of the quilt is Kathee Dunham of Arlee.

The annual meeting of the Arlee Senior Citizens Center will be held

Jan. 25, following the “Fourth Saturday Dinner.” All members and supporters of the center are invited to attend and hear the annual report by the board of directors to the membership. The center is much in need of additional and new members of the board of directors. Our by-laws provide for a nine-member board.  We have only six members on the board at present and it is often difficult to have a quorum present for monthly meetings with this small number.  Please consider volunteering some time to help with the activities involved in the functioning and management of the Arlee Senior Center.

We would like to have bingo games following one or both of the Saturday evening meals.  We need, however, someone with a strong voice to volunteer to do the calling. So, all you bingo lovers out there, join us for dinner on those Saturdays and then play bingo.

Meals are provided each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon and on the second and fourth Saturday evenings of the month at 6 p.m. All meals are served with milk, coffee, juice and iced tea.
