RONAN — The Chiefs landed two much-needed wins over the week, the first since opening weekend. On Thursday the Chiefs came alive at home, overcoming Plains 62-44. Kollin Wroblewski picked up 14 points for Ronan while Tim Woll netted 11. Cedric Earthboy chipped in nine in his first game with the Chiefs.
Friday brought Mission’s Bulldogs to Ronan with the Chiefs grabbing the 72-63 win in overtime. Woll and Earthboy each put up 18 points for the Chiefs, while Wroblewski added 14.
The Chiefs will take to the road facing Florence Friday, Jan. 24; Eureka Saturday, Jan. 25, and then heading to Missoula to take on Loyola-Sacred Heart Tuesday, Jan. 28.
