RONAN — “Hummel Figurine and Other Collectibles Silent Auction” is being held in the lobby of St. Luke Community Hospital in Ronan. The fundraiser will benefit the St. Luke Extended Care Residents’ Council. Items include porcelain egg holders, a collectible “Mouse Tea Party,” a small porcelain tea pot, a “Tender Loving Care” Hummel plate mint dated 1989, a vintage Japan/China ceramic Walt Disney Productions “Tramp” figurine, a Hummel “Little Nurse” figurine, a “Going to Grandmas” Hummel figurine, and a “Prayer before Battle” Hummel figurine. Bidding closes Wednesday, Feb 5. The ECF Resident Council recently donated a total of $1,500 to Ronan Bread Basket, Lake County Hospice and to the Council on Aging.
