Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 11-17:

Manuel Edgar Aquiluz-Rivas, 46, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. He also received credit for one day in jail for time already served. 

Timothy Harold Holmes, 62, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving and speeding - going 53 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $70 in court costs, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended. 

Mary Helene Arlet, 46, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of liability insurance in vehicle. She was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Robert Howard Retallick, 43, pleaded guilty to driving without liability insurance in effect. He was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Franklin Edmond Lemler, 48, pleaded guilty to driving without liability insurance in effect. He was found guilty, fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Jeffrey Asa, 21, pleaded guilty to DUI - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
