Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 4-10. 

Pamela Rae Schuffert, 58, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days and speeding - going 70 mph in a 45 mph zone. She was found guilty, fined $310 and charged $70 in court costs. 

Amber Michel Skipton, 22, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days. She was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Mistie A. Lewis, 41, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor negligent endangerment. She was found guilty, fined $1,000 and charged $85 in court costs. 

Nicholas Ayers Olson, 24, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentence to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

Allie Marie Ward, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. The jail sentence will be waived if she provides proof of six continuous months of insurance by Dec. 1. 

Lois T. Welsh, 44, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty, fined $55 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Daniel Philip Dubuque, 28, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. 

David Alford Phillips, 32, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. The jail sentence will be waived if he provides proof of six continuous months of insurance by Dec. 1.
