RONAN – The Chiefs took a few dives in their last week of regular season play. Tuesday the Chiefs played a make-up game against Deer Lodge at home, where the Wardens squeaked by the Chiefs in a disappointing 47-48 loss. Kollin Wroblewski led the Chiefs with 16 points.
On Thursday, Ronan hosted Columbia Falls falling to the Wildcats 34-69. Rhett Duffey grabbed nine points for Ronan.
Friday in Mission, Cedric Earthboy put up a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds for the Chiefs, but it just wasn’t enough. The Chiefs fell to the Bulldogs, 57-63. The Chiefs will finish their regular season 4-14.
The Chiefs will participate in the play-in games on Feb 18 to find a spot at the Divisional Tournament Feb. 27-28.
