HAMILTON — Abby Knight and Will Powell led the younger Mission Valley rodeo athletes at last weekend’s Wrangler Division state rodeo finals in Hamilton June 4-5.
Knight and Powell both earned Rookie Of The Year awards for their efforts throughout the rodeo season.
Powell and Barndon Yerrian also teamed up to win the team roping competition in the short go.
