POLSON —The Lake County Environmental Health Department will hold meetings regarding registration requirements for non-profit and temporary food events. The meeting will cover food safety and registration requirements for any food vendor participating in community events where food is offered. Meetings are scheduled for: March 11 at 10 a.m. at the Polson Rural Fire Department Fairground Station; March 12 at 10 a.m. at the Ronan Community Center; March 18 at 3 p.m. at the St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center; and March 20 at 10 a.m. at the Hanging Art Gallery in Arlee.
