Lozeau pleads not guilty to homicide

POLSON — Harry Lozeau, 53, pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide and assault with a weapon, both felonies, on June 25 in Lake County District Court. Lozeau was also appointed Jennifer Erin Streano from Office of the State Public Defender, Major Crimes Unit, as his counsel.
An omnibus hearing is set for August 13, and a jury trial is set to begin Sept. 29.
Lozeau is being held without bail for the alleged shooting death of his brother, Terry Lozeau, on June 14 in the Mollman Pass area of Ronan.
