POLSON – Port Polson Players in association with The Mission Valley Friends of the Arts continue their 39th season of Summer Theatre with John Mercer’s musical comedy “Who Gets The Lake Place?” The show opens this Thursday, July 24 and runs through Sunday. The show continues the following two weeks through August 10. Curtain time is 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday evening with 2 p.m. matinees on Sundays. The Players first produced the popular show 14 years ago and followed with a revival of the script a year later. Since then, “Mercer has written several new songs and has tweaked the show into quite a remarkable production,” Director Neal Lewing said. The 2014 “Lake Place” cast includes Katie Rehberg, Steven Thomas, Cathy Gillhouse and Neal Lewing. Margit Groessler accompanies the production. Tickets are $18 for adults and $17 for students and senior citizens. Call (406) 883-9212 for reservations and information or go to portpolsonplayers.com.

“Who Get The Lake Place” is performed at the beautiful log theatre  on the south end of Flathead Lake.
