RONAN — Hello from Denver. Hopefully by the time this comes out in the paper we will be home. It will be good to get back to the Mission Valley, and with any luck to stay home for a while.
Since we’ve been gone for almost a week, I’m not up on all that is going on around the center. So, I will let you know what I know.
Cards will be played here at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, and the foot clinic will be on Wednesday, Aug. 20. Jane will be here from 10-noon. You don’t need and appointment for the clinic, but please call (406) 676-2371 and let them know if you are coming.
Come on in and join the ladies for crafts on Wednesday afternoon following the noon meal. They will be more than happy to have you join them.
The Council on Aging is in need of volunteer drivers for the Med-cars. Give them a call at (406) 676-2368. Remember, the COA provides the car and the gas; you just need to provide the time.
We are still collecting aluminum cans and we are planning a yard sale in the near future.

• Wednesday, Aug. 3: baked ham
• Friday, Aug. 15: salad bar
• Monday, Aug. 18: chicken enchiladas
• Wednesday, Aug. 21: meatloaf
• Friday, Aug. 23: Cook’s choice
• Monday, Aug. 25: chili
• Wednesday, Aug. 27: French dip sandwiches
