PSA holds membership meeting, dinner
POLSON — The Polson Shooters Association will hold their annual membership meeting and dinner on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, at the Polson VFW.
Social time with a nohost bar begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
The menu includes spaghetti with green salad and garlic bread and red or white wine. Dinner is $5 per person or free with new membership or renewal of membership at the door.
Anyone interested in shooting sports and who is eligible to own a firearm, is invited join our group for a fun evening and to learn more about PSA.

‘Cowboy Country and The Gold Dust Girls’ return to Elks
POLSON — The Cowboy Country and the Gold Dust Girls will again perform at the Elks ballroom in Polson on Friday, Jan. 25, from 6-9 p.m. This is the same seven-piece band that was very well received when they played here last summer. The cover charge will be $5 per person.
Library begins monthly movie night
POLSON — Enjoy “Friday Night at the Library” on the fourth Friday of each month. North Lake County Library will show movies rated PG or PG-13 ( posted on our website) and make fresh popcorn. This program debuts Friday, Jan. 25. Be in the library before 6 p.m. to be included. Feel free to bring your own nonalcoholic beverage and snacks.

POLSON — The Friends of the Library will hold a book sale at the North Lake County Library on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Come and find some treasures.

PAT invites you to join family yoga
POLSON — The Parents as Teachers Home Visiting program invites you on Monday, Jan. 28 to Family yoga at 11 p.m. and at 4:30 p.m. Anyone with young children may participate in this free activity. POLSON — Trying to become more familiar with your computer? Bring your own device or borrow one of ours for our “Absolute Computer Basics” class on Tuesday, Jan. 29, from 2-3 p.m. at the North Lake County Library. This class is open and free to the public. Learn helpful health-related information at Wellness Fair

Give food for fines at city court
POLSON — Polson City Court, (106 First Street, E), will hold their annual “Food for Fines” drive from Feb. 4 -28, Mondays-Thursdays from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Defendants with existing fines may reduce the amount owed by donating non-perishable, non-expired food.
