POLSON — The Sandpiper Art Gallery will offer a class on drawing portraits taught by Judy Wright on Saturday, Aug. 21, from 1-4 p.m.

Library holds back-to-school event
POLSON — The North Lake County Public Library will hold a special back-to-school event entitled “The Day of Hope: Kids Back to School Health Fair & Block Party” on Aug. 21 from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. in downtown Polson. Flathead River Rodeo returns
POLSON — The 4X Indian National Finals Rodeo of the year, Flathead River Rodeo, returns to the Flathead Reservation in Polson on Aug. 26, 27 and 28, at the Polson Fairgrounds. The Flathead River Rodeo is proud to have been named INFR Tour Rodeo of the Year in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. The Champions of the Flathead River Rodeo will advance directly to the 2021 Indian National Finals Rodeo at The Southpoint Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada Oct. 19-23.

POLSON — Kiwanis Club of Polson is hosting an “Ode to Summer: Wine, Beer and Tasty Morsels” event on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Polson KOA. Tickets are $20 per person and are available from Polson Kiwanis members or the KOA office.

Attend ‘Here Comes the Sun’ Concert
POLSON — The Polson Fairground Amphitheatre is the site of the “Here Comes the Sun” concert. This concert celebrates the sounds and songs of the Beatles at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 29. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. Food trucks will be on site at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 each.
