Get entertained by ‘Drac’s Back’
RONAN —Be prepared to be entertained as the Ronan Middle School Drama Department presents a Halloween mystery spoof entitled, “Drac’s Back.” General admission tickets will be sold at the door the evening of the play. This performance will be presented at the Ronan Performing Arts Center on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 7:30 p.m.

Get treats from trunks at LDS Church
RONAN — On Halloween the fourth annual Trunk-or-Treat will take place at the LDS Church in Ronan, on the corner of Franklin and Fourth Ave. SE, from at 6-7 p.m. Set up and decorating your trunks will start at 5:30 p.m. You can include a game in your trunk for the youngsters to play when they come to trick-or-treat at your trunk. There will be free fun for everyone. It’s a clean, safe environment for all community members to enjoy. Free hot cocoa and apple cider for everyone. A costume contest will be at 6:30 p.m. and trunks will win prizes for best decorations and best games. If you have questions, call Kasey Savage at (406) 745-7451.

Reporter to share rendezvous experience
RONAN — The Mission Valley Back Country Horsemen will host a Humanities Montana Speakers Bureau program titled, “A Ride Back Through the Time to the Rendezvous Era” with Perri Knize on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at the VFW Clubhouse, 521 Round Butte Road. In 2012, on assignment for National Geographic, Helena-based reporter Knize joined historians on horseback and covered a month-long Rendezvous. She will share her experience through images and video. The program begins at 7:30 p.m. and is open and free to the public.

Quilt Guild works on table toppers
RONAN — The Mission Mountain Quilt Guild will hold their November meeting on Nov. 8 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Terrace Lake Community Church, in Ronan. You can bring your autumn strips from the last meeting and work on your pumpkin table topper, or any other item of your choice, perhaps something for the Country Store. It’s a potluck, with the meeting following lunch. Don’t forget your sewing machine and supplies. See you all there. Everyone’s invited.

Baked potato dinner
RONAN - The Ronan Woman's Club will host a baked potato dinner to raise fund to purchase Home Heart Monitors for the International Heart Institute at St. Patrick's Hospital. This is a state wide project involving all the Woman's Clubs in Montana. The price will be donations only. We will serve from 4 to 7 pm at the Ronan Senior Center.

Free Veterans Day lunch
GVS is hosting a Celebration Program and Lunch for all veterans and families of veterans on Tuesday, November 11, 2015 starting at 11:30 am. A delicious and free hot lunch will be provided after the program. We thank all who have served, and want to show our appreciation. Legion to meet
